Staffs are quick in response at check in and room services
Maybe the internet. I need to call reception to ask for wifi id several times every day
Check-in was swift and hotel staff were very helpful with questions about travel and local shops. The room itself was comfortable with a very large bed and great shower.
Breakfast was ok, but nothing to write home about. Stick to the Indian offerings. Laundry was rather expensive by Indian standards.
The staff were very friendly and responsive. They were in attendance at all times. I asked for taxis, a trip to the temples, information on shopping, use of the business center and in all of these requests the staff were very helpful, friendly and effective. This is my second stay at the Aruna.
My shower backed up but overall the experience was satisfying. This is my 2nd stay at the Aruna.
Centrally located. Closer to great restaurants and shopping malls.
Very poor housekeeping services. Ultra modern see through rest rooms were awful to use. Never been to a pricy hotel which 'forgot' to clear used spoons off the table before the next guest was seated in the same table.
Terrible Wi-fi: hidden charges: food: mediocre at best.
